Throughout the day, recall this symbol. Print it out and stick it on your mirror, carry it in your wallet. Whenver you experience any upset, anxiety or indecision, flash this symbol upon your mind's eye. Allow its energy to flow in and out of you. This symbol can govern all of your thoughts, words and deeds. Print out a copy of it and wrap it around a glass of water, or put it under your plate.
