What in the World is G∞D

The term “God” as used on this website is similar to the word “Good” and to the word “Infinity” and to the word “Infinite Good”.

There is a significant difference, however, in the word “God” and the word “G∞D”

I have gone to some trouble to try to infer that difference by the use of two different words.

So if it jars you when you read the strange word “G∞D” then I have accomplished my purpose.

There is very little relationship between the word “God” as used in ordinary cognitive speech and the word “G∞D” as used on this website.

That difference is as utterly significant as the word ‘I” is different from the word “Self”

So what is the meaning of the word “G∞D” anyway?

That is the subject of this entire work and you will have to have to ask yourself that question many times along your path of enlightenment.

I can just say that G∞D is similar to Mystery, Good, Infinity, Unknown, Unconditional, Desire, Grace, Allness, Wholeness, Self, Unfathomable, Truth, Intelligence, Compassion, Wisdom. Source, the Silence, and Anxiety-deciphered.

G∞D is that without which you will never understand or transform anxiety.

G∞D is that present reality without which you will never know your Self, only the anxiety-generating ego. G∞D is the secret knowledge without which you will always be ignorant. G∞D is that reality without which you will always be fearing and fighting evil. This One has never seen such.

This G∞D is Truth, and has never seen or known what we made up and called evil. When we know this G∞D, this Truth, evil disappears along with our story, our known “I”, and our anxiety.

A Graceful Universe

Every criticism, complaint, nag, blame and punishment is about God, toward God, and against God. We do not like what we call reality. Ignorant of reality, we complain about what we think reality is. We complain if things change and if they don’t. Will we ever get to the place where we see reality as it is? Perhaps then we will be like Huxley who kept looking at everything and saying “Extraordinary!”

Our every ego activity is an accusation against god. We are trying to change god by changing his people. We think our job is to reverse the effects of karma, to fix what God has messed up. We so easily forget that this is a graceful universe, and that there is a higher law than karma. In our highest moments, we might get a glimpse of such a world, a world without sorrow, sadness and death.

If criticism is not valid, no punishment is necessary, and there is no problem. Only Grace exists. Your mentality is now outpictured in the body, but it need have no effect. There is no material in the entire universe. Matter is just thought in form. Form is just a spiritual substance. Spiritual substance is the way we communicate.

Anxiety tells us when we are not hearing and seeing correctly. Anxiety tells us when we are not perceiving Grace. Anxiety tells us when we have become materialists and when we are ignoring our spirituality. Anxiety tells us when we are accusing God of things we do not even desire ourselves.

Grace permits us to experience every conceivable form of error so that we may finally arrive at Truth. If error were not permitted then we would still be dissatisfied. One of our major complaints is about authority and the loss of our freedom. But God has given us freedom. God is freedom. God is law, grace and freedom. On one level, God is law. But on the highest level God is freedom from the law, or Grace. That is the way we want it. We want a lawful universe which allows error and correction. Grace is what we want most of all. Grace is the nature of reality. This universe is made out of Grace. God is Grace.

If we are going to transcend our mortal mind, we have to name our thoughts. That was a poverty thought. That was a sickness thought. That was an aging thought. There is no evil. Only the infinite good exists. That was a time-urgency thought. There is no time-urgency. That was a coldness thought. My senses do not report the truth to me. I am warmth. I am warmed and fed and enriched by the spirit of God. I am spirit. Only spirit exists.

There is no poverty, there is no weakness, there is no sin. There is no sickness. I am well. I am holy. I am wise. I am wealthy.

I am not a physical material being. There is no matter in the universe, only the appearance of it. God is spiritual substance, and everything is made out of the substance called God. That God substance makes up the air, water, food and the body. There is nothing but the substance of God. If there is no matter, there can be no tumor. There is only the appearance of matter. Only the infinite substance of God exists. We have taken this substance and called it by many false names. There is no sin, no evil, no sickness, just the substance of God misnamed.

When those who take the testimony of the senses for absolute truth, and believe that the eyes, ears and hands report truly, they are shocked when they hear you say such things and they say “Preposterous!” What about murderers, thieves, and the ill tempered! What about crime statistics, depravity, plagues, sickness and wars?

For centuries the old teachings have been given, but the sick are not made well, the poor are still sorrowful, and the unhappy are not comforted, except with promises of the future, when they desire it Now. There is no evil. There is no matter. There is no sin, sickness or death. The cynics conclude that the only real is what can be seen, calculated, weighed and measured.

Hufeland, the physician to the King of Prussia, said there is a region of the being of man which is never sick, and cannot be sick, the only true self, all the rest he found to be illusion. The world of sense often hits us and the hard practicalities of life resist. The learning and the laws of the land seem against us. The kingdom of heaven seems to be nowhere, according to our senses.

I declare that God works through me to do the things that ought to be done by me.

Choose whom you will serve: the Truth that is or doubt that seems. All of nature awaits your lonely choice that only the Good is True. Though I see not, yet will I believe. Faith rests upon reason, a reason for the hope that is in us.

Believe that you already receive the Good that is just waiting in the invisible silence for your command. What the spirit promises, nature will perform. Though he slay me, yet will I believe, against sense evidence. When I speak only Truth, my blood and organs change instantaneously

Let no murmur, no complaint, no mention of sickness, weariness or pain escape our lips. Anything evil spoken in our presence we silently deny if it is undesirable. I do not fellowship with evil. All that evil asks is that we acknowledge it. It counterfeits the demand of Good. Denial kills it. Then say that the blessing you want is yours already. If you are in seeming poverty, deny poverty, and affirm your rightful and true supply. Deny the evidence of the senses every time and about everything.

None of this is true, only the Infinite Good comes into my life. I steadfastly cast out all demons (evil thoughts) . I bring balm to the wounded, health to sickness, gladness to sorrow, freedom to bondage, rest to weariness, strength to weakness, riches to poverty. I decree all good things that I desire. When men are cast down, I say there is a lifting up. I speak only the Good News.

Do not be a child. Boldly speak the Truth of the Infinite Good. The Actual Self is unchangeable, indestructible and never yields to imperfection. Seek first the Kingdom of God and all these things shall be added. Misery is a lie, only the Good is true. And soon God will show. Call to the self of the murderer. It is all an ugly dream. Call to the self of him and he will turn and the nightmare is broken. The man who was hung opens his eyes and finds that he was not hung, said Swedenborg. He never committed the crime. It was just mortality’s fantasy!

While any belief in evil exists, suffering accompanies it. Shadows seem to be real. Meet them with truth! The kingdom of God is the kingdom of all that we desire! Belief casts a shadow called flesh and matter. Belief is restless, understanding is rest. What the mind longs for is oneness with God, said Raymond Lully. Vanderbilt on his deathbed said “I am poor and needy.” The ignorance of truth outpictures as disease. Know that which moth and rust cannot corrupt.

Misery is a sign that men are trying to get satisfaction from the wrong channels. Will money do it? No, only understanding satisfies. Life is about satisfaction. All that you are doing is seeking satisfaction, and the mortal mind does not know where it is. Diseases are just thought pictures. Whining and sick, we are fellowshipping with the not-good, clinging to negation, to nothing, to ignorance. Do not cling to others, your lover is within.

I am working for money. For what purpose do you want money? To be satisfied, to live easier. Why? To be free of pain. But why do you want to be free of pain? I do not like it. Why not? Because it is my nature. And your nature is opposed to pain? Yes. With what do you feel the dislike of pain? With the mind. Yes, and your mind is universal. Your mind is like God’s mind, opposed to any kind of pain. God thinks thoughts of peace towards us and not evil. God has not made us sad. Accusations of any kind are not sent by God and are not truth. You cannot destroy your opposition to pain and that is God.

This is a graceful universe, despite all appearances to the contrary. Grace is what you most desire, and it is all that will satisfy you.

The Twelve Gates of Truth

1. There is good for me. My good is my god, my life, my truth, my love, my substance, my intelligence, omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience.
2. There is no mixture of evil in my good. There is no opposition to my God as material conditions of any kind. There is no absence of life, substance, or intelligence. There is nothing to hate. There is no sin, sickness or death in my world, where God is the only presence, power and wisdom.
3. God is all. God is omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient good. I am my own idea of God, and I live move and have my being according to my idea of God. I am spirit and mind, like my God, and I shed abroad wisdom, strength, and holiness. My God works through me to will and to do that which ought to be done by me. I cannot fear sin, sickness or death.
4. The true God is now working with me, through me, by me and for me to make a living demonstration of goodness.
5. As spirit I can preach the gospel, heal the sick, cast out demons and raise the dead.
6. I understand the secret of instantaneous spiritual demonstration.
7. I hold no accusations against the people of God. So called lustful passions and sensual appetites are the hunger and thirst after righteousness.
8. I do not accuse the people of God of deceiving each other or of being deceived. There is no opposition to truth.
9. I do not accuse the people of God of being sinners, for all things were made by God and are now very good.
10. I do not believe in a mixture of good and evil in the universe. All is good in truth.
11. There is no foolishness, ignorance or weakness of old age failure in omnipotence. There is but One Mind and One Substance and that is God.
12. The whole world is awake to righteousness and time is no more.
The Kingdom of God is here now in Jesus Christ.

The Science of Christ is that evil is powerless and there is no material universe. There is no sin, sickness or death. Goodness is the only reality.

All human suffering has been due to the misinterpretation of Jesus Christ and his teaching.

I Am a Realist

I am a Realist!

Oh yeah! Everyone believes they are realists, but we are only pretenders. We do not know the truth. We have been thoroughly and completely brain-washed and indoctrinated. Everything is just the opposite of the way it looks. If you were a realist, you would not be anxious. If you were a realist, you would be utterly happy. If you were a realist, you would be overflowing with wisdom, health and money.

Is God a realist? If you are not a realist, what are you? An idiot? A liar? A fake? A manipulator? You are not God, yet. God is the only realist. The rest of us are pretenders and imposters. To know that you are not a realist is the best news I can bring you. If you are a realist, we are in big trouble. If you are only a pretender, then there is hope.

I don’t mean that you are consciously a con man or woman , but we have all made up a story about ourselves and we believe it is true. Thank God it isn’t. If our story were true, suicide would be in order. Just be glad we are wrong for once. Don’t spend any more time polishing up, rationalizing, justifying and selling your story. We have been doing that for hundreds of lifetimes. Enough of it!

Get on the path to enlightenment. Wake up. Find out the truth. There are a thousand layers of falsehood to work through. When you get past the bottom layer, you will be free. When you get to the bottom layer of illusion and break through it, you will see there is nothing but Good. That is Reality and only those who live there are Realists. The rest of the time, we are anxious pretenders.

That’s what anxiety is for, to remind us we are not yet Realists. Reality means truth. We are living in la-la-land, Egoland, in a world of our own invention. Not God’s world, not the true universe. We have each made up a false world occupied by a false self. No wonder we are anxious. And no pill will cure that. No pill will wake us up to reality. Only awareness will do that. We are not aware. We are dreaming. We are night-maring.

Why do you think we are on this suffering planet? Is suffering based on reality? Think again. Suffering is based on unreality. We are on this suffering planet to discover the truth. We are not here to manipulate each other, steal from each other, blame each other, outsmart each other, control each other, cling like mad to each other. or fight each other. That is not what realists do. Of course, we have never met a realist, so how would we know how one would act.

Reality is precious, rare, exquisite, and infinitely good. There is not one evil anywhere in it. So tell me, are you a realist yet?

IF

Met Life is running an ad now about the word IF. IF is a powerful little word right smack in the middle of the word Life. What is powerful about the word IF?

Emma Curtis Hopkins hit the nail right on the head about IF when she said that "If God was not all, we could have problems."

If God was not infinite, human problems would be endless
If God was not infinite, we would suffer interminable anxiety about these problems
If God was not infinite, we would experience innumerable symptoms of this anxiety
If God was not infinite, we would spend a lot of our life energy trying to deny or to self-medicate this anxiety and its symptoms
If God was not infinite, we would experience further anxiety due to our preoccupation with this self-medicating activity
If God was not infinite, we would feel depressed about our failure to successfully self-medicate our anxiety and its symptoms, and thereby feel even more anxious
Because God is infinite, however, we have the daily opportunity to wake up to the fact of the Infinite Good-- when we decide that we have suffered enough.

IF is the biggest block of doubt that we have. We keep trying to guess which door hides the prize. We are only given three wishes or three doors, and we are only allowed three strikes and we are out. What if we guess wrong? What if we miss? What if we run out of time or out of chances? What if we pick the wrong door and miss the prize? We get paralyzed, procrastinate, and remain undecided.

But What If all doors lead to the prize? What If you can’t miss? What If you knew that at the heart of every finite thing is the infinite? At the center of the atom is unimaginable energy and power. What If you knew that you can’t miss? You can’t miss because the essence of the universe is in you. Wherever you are, God is, Infinity is.

How much anxiety and suffering have we experienced thinking that we have missed, that we have failed, that we are rejected or left out. If you don’t know, you miss; if you know, you can’t miss. Ignorance is the human problem. There is no evil except in our warped story, our screwed up thinking, our crooked perception.

What If your desires are God-given for a reason? What If your desires mean that you can realize them? What If all things are possible? What If the gap between our desires and their satisfaction puts us in an anxiety-bind that we can’t get rid of without awakening? What If anxiety is here to remind us that all things are possible? What If your idea of God is the determinative factor in all anxiety-resolution? What If anxiety is your constant reminder that you don’t know yourself and your connection to All-Power, All-Love, All-Intelligence, All-Wealth, All-Creativity. All-Truth, and All-Good?

Are you connected to God? How do you know that you aren’t? Who told you that you aren’t? Why should you believe them? What If you are connected to the All-Possible? Would you continue to have danger-anxiety If you were aware of the Infinite Good right now? Would you continue to have inferiority-anxiety If you were one with Infinite-Power right now? Would you continue to have loneliness-anxiety If you were aware of Infinite- Oneness right now? Would you continue to have inadequacy-anxiety If you were aware of your oneness with Infinite- Intelligence right now?

We have been asking why we only experience 5 to 10% of our ability, resources, powers, talents, and choices. Why is it we don’t realize our purpose in life and our hidden potential? Where is it hidden and how? Is it all due to ignorance? To unawareness? To tunnel vision?

I have been arguing that anxiety is unawareness of our Infinite Potential. Yes, anxiety is ignorance. Anxiety is ignorance of our unlimited nature, our divinity, our status as human gods. Anxiety is ignorance of our connection with Allness and Oneness. Our purpose in life is to know. Gnosis. Understanding. Awareness. Consciousness. What If this secret knowledge is available? Where is it hidden? How do you find it?

Those questions are worth your time and energy to ask and to pursue. And once you ask, you will begin to know. The entire universe will respond. Synchronicities will occur. Miracles will happen. Insights will come. Serendipities will appear. Epiphanies you hadn’t expected. You will realize that the world is your oyster, and that you are home. Angels will appear in your life. You will smell the coffee. Dreams will begin to replace nightmares. Flowers will spring up in mid-winter. You will realize that everything happens for a reason. You will begin to wonder why you are so blessed. Anxiety will no longer be your enemy, just a reminder of your connectedness to Allness.

So do your What If’s. What If I knew the truth? What If I was aware? What If all things are possible right now? What If I have been wrong all along? What If my fearful story is melarky? What If Jesus Christ is my best friend and not a competitive sibling? What If all power in heaven and earth has been given to me? What If I can heal the sick, cast out fear demons, raise the dead? What If the Mind of Christ is my real mind?

What If I can make a difference? What If I am a creator, an inventor, an unconditional lover, a genius, a free man? What If life is not a popularity contest, or any other kind of contest? What If we can all be winners? What If I have teammates and allies I have never recognized before? What If I have never been alone? What If I am connected to All-Power, All-Wisdom, and All-Wealth? What If I am rich and don’t know it? What If my Father owns the whole universe and I am in His Will as the executor?

Yes, the Met ad is right. IF is the hidden word in LIFE. What If is the key that can open every apparently closed door. What If is the door to your soul. A door has been opened that cannot be shut. What If means you can be an overcomer of ignorance.

Each of us has attached himself or herself to some finite and limiting idea of the good. We fear we will lose the good if we don’t cling tightly to its symbol. This clinging is the source of our anxiety. What If I lose the only symbol of the good that I know? My good is so small I could lose it in an instant. Any strong wind could blow it away. I could lose my family, my job, my bank account, my car, my health, my security by one wrong move. Anxiety. Anxiety. Anxiety,

But What If I am wrong? I pray to God I am wrong. I would love to be wrong about this. What if my pessimism is wrong? It is. Your fears are mistaken. There is not a word of truth in your fears. Zilch. None. Our fearful story is all made-up. The tiny little good that we cling to so desperately is a mistaken idea. There is nothing that exists but the Infinite Good. And until you know that, your anxiety will remain. Case closed. Jesus said so. “Father, forgive them, they know not….”

Even Jeremiah knew that hundreds of years earlier. Listen to what he said: “They shall be my people and I will be their God. And I will give them one heart….and I will make an everlasting covenant with them…and I will put my anxiety in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me. And I will rejoice over them, to do them good.” Jeremiah 32:38-41

Your potential, then, is lost in your ignorance. Hidden behind your story. Blocked out of your awareness. Your potentiality is the corner stone that the builders rejected. No one has seen the truth of you. No one but God. To find the truth of your potential requires an awakening. That’s all. Universities may help or they may not. Books may help or they may not. Education may help or it may not. Religion may help or it may not. Science may help or it may not. Jesus got his awareness in the desert. Awareness is within you.

Outside information may stimulate this awareness or not. Usually not. We have been mis-educated, mis-indoctrinated, mis-diagnosed, and mis-treated. We must be re-educated from the ground up. The first step in this re-education is that anxiety is your friend. The second step is that only the Infinite Good is real. If you learn those two lessons, your ignorance will disintegrate, and your potential will begin to unfold. Your faith will make you whole. Faith is awareness. Doubt is stupidity. We make ourselves stupid through FEAR, or False Evidence Appearing Real.

Have you Been Seduced?

What is this which entices us, seduces us, attracts us, that which fascinates, intrigues and entrances us, for which we might be willing to risk everything? What is this enticement, this seduction, this attraction? What is it a symbol of? What is its power? Is it real? Is it perhaps a symbol of something a million times greater than what we have been perceiving as the good?

What is this that seems to be here today, gone tomorrow, fantasy-like? Finite in appearance, infinite in attraction-power? That which plays hide and seek with us. That which comes and goes like the morning fog. Is it God playing peek-a-boo with our childlike mind? Or is it God trying to reveal himself or herself to a trapped materialistic adult mind?

The Unknown God is speaking to you of your Unknown Self. God is not evading you, God is inviting you through your desires. God gave you all of your desires and you condemned them, but you cannot get rid of them. If you follow them to the ends of the earth you will find their fulfillment. The pot of gold is really there at the end of the rainbow. And where is the end of the rainbow? It is in the NOW. NOW is the Great Unknown. We have never been there, and that is why we feel so angry about our unfulfilled desires. That is why we are anxious.

NOW doesn’t usually happen until we see that we only live in there and then, in the past or future. We have to fall in some rabbit hole or get blown out of Kansas into the land of Oz to begin our journey to the ETERNAL NOW of self-awareness and self-recovery. We have been living a lie. We do not “know thyself.”

Our desires are God-given and God-fulfilled. Our greatest desire is to know the truth. You just have to be present, be aware, look beyond the known into the NOW. Jesus said that the kingdom of heaven is here NOW, but men see it not. If we only had his eyes and his mind! “Awake, thou that sleepest,” cried St. Paul. Be here NOW where only the Infinite Good exists. Only when you recover the eyes of the child will you re-discover the kingdom of reality. You will see that the emperor has no clothes on.

Good-versus-evil is not sophisticated. Good-versus-evil is a matrix program that throws your awareness into shadowland. There is no evil, it is all a nightmare. We made it all up. When you awaken, you will know the truth and the truth will set you free from the old, the known, the matrix, the assumed, the painful, and the dying. We have all been seduced!

See it and it’s over. Jesus said it’s over. It’s done. It’s finished. The jig is up. The new has come. You don’t need anxiety and suffering any more. The whole basis of fear is over. The whole victim story can be released in this lifetime. It is all a lie, a seduction. We’ve been had, but no more.

The veil in the temple has been torn from top to bottom. Everything is sacred NOW. There is no more sacred and secular, good and bad, positive and negative, have’s and have not’s, victims and victimizers, spirit and matter, God and man. When Jesus declared “I and my father are one” the grand seduction was over. And so let us awaken and celebrate the Feast.

You have always wanted the whole enchilada. Nothing less will do. You have always wanted more and thought you had to settle for less. It is not so, and you can’t do it. You cannot settle for less. You have a birthright. Your source is royalty. You have an inheritance which is boundless. Come into the NOW through the door called Truth. Lies will never satisfy you again. You will not be seduced again, or will you?

Only The Good is Real

The name of God is the Good.

1.Life is good, and Good is God, and God is life
2.Truth is good. Good is God. God is truth
3. Love is Good. Good is God. God is love.
4. Substance is Good. Spirit is substance. Spirit is Good. Good is God. God is the only substance.
5. Intelligence is Good. Intelligence as good is Mind. Mind is Good. Good is God. God is Mind. Cause is Mind. Cause is Good.

There are five false race beliefs which we deny:
1. There is no evil. There is only one power in the universe, the Good, which is God.
2. There is no matter. There is only one force, one power, one Good, one God, and one substance.
3. There is no life, substance and intelligence in matter. Life, substance and intelligence are God, the Good.
4. There is no sensation in matter
5. There is no reality in sin, sickness or death
Science rejects errors and states what is true.

There is no reality in evil. There is no matter. There is no sin, sickness and death. From the deathless parent we came, and from deathless substance we were made.

God is life, truth, love, substance, intelligence, omnipresence, omnipotence, omniscience. These are the affirmations of universal and omnipresent Good.

Science is systematized knowledge. Christ is truth. Life is God and God cannot be slain. God beholdeth not iniquity.
Thoughts control conditions. If we do not harbor certain kinds of thoughts, we are never sick. God makes nothing unlike himself. Think only health and strength. All failure to heal is a sign of fear and fear is a sign of doubt in the power of truth. Mt. Zion cannot be moved.

Stand steadfast against surges of fear. Let there be a firmament, a definite state of mind. The evidence of the senses seem against us. Are we going to choose the truth that is or the error that seems.

The Good is the true; the evil is false and has no place in a universe created by the good, occupied by the good, and tolerating only the Good. Though I see not, yet will I believe.

All of nature awaits your lonely choice of the good. Wait and he will give you the desires of your heart. Believe in your health as a good already received, waiting to be manifested according to your belief. Against all sense evidence. Tho he slay me, yet will I trust him.

Good is the only reality. WE are tried in the furnace of doubt and opposition. I trust only the Good, the IT. We have leaned upon matter for health and upon physical things for satisfaction, and have not acknowledged the Good. Speak the truth silently, as though love is already yours. It is not strong drink that is wanted, but strong thought. Error or evil is nothing. The law of flesh profiteth nothing. Clinging to the human is to cling to the mortal. The idolized get sick. WE are free from the material.

Only the Good is real. The only evil is our belief in it. None of the statements of mortal mind are true. Matter and sin have no power we do not give them. Sickness and death are nothing. Pride has no power; deceit has no power; disease has no power. Make no murmer, no complaint, no mention of sickness, weariness or pain.

Deny all that is undesireable. Denial destroys poverty. The blessing I want is already mine. All poverty is seeming. Deny the evidence of the senses about everything. Judge not according to appearance. No one has wronged me. Only the good is true.

No one can injure or wrong me in any way. God is my comforter and shield. As I think so it is. I am responsible for my environment, and for my brother. I heal the sick and cast out demons. I decree. I have the power to do the work. I bring balm to wounded minds, health to sickness, gladness to sorrow, freedom to bondage, rest to weariness, strength to weakness, riches to poverty.

All that man calls the world is but the picture of his thought. Evil is delusion. I build no wall of evil. What I decree is so. Where mortal mind says death is, Immortal mind says life is. Where mortal mind says sickness, imperfection and material formations are, Immortal Mind says wholeness, perfection and spiritual things are.

I reject error. Do not rely upon material aids for health. Cast all of your care upon the Good. All is Gold, Good, already. Whining is not being in love with the Good, but ignorance. Rejoice, your lover is with you. You can prove the goodness of others. The real self is never sick. The real hand is invisible. Only health is real. Your self is indestructible, unchangeable, never yields to imperfection. Let you light shine. Tell the truth. Only the good is true. Reject all claims of mortal mind. Sorrow and cheating and deceiving darken you.

You are worried about the war in Iraq or global warming or the loss of a job? Perhaps such things exist only in our stories, only in the shadow world of good-versus-evil. Do your thoughts matter? Can your thoughts change the world of your experience? Can your thoughts change the world of the experience of others? Have you really tested the power of your thoughts? How do you know what your consistent thoughts can and cannot do? We have no idea about the power of God-consciousness. Who has tried it? Who has tested it? We are very mediocre, very timid, very backward, very fear-minded. Like robots, we parrot the everyday pessimism of the masses.

What is your potential? Are you limited or unlimited? How do you know? Have you tested it? Or is it just hearsay? How do you know that the power of the universe is not your imagination? How do you know that you are not creating all of your own miseries, problems, and anxiety? Just suppose that you are ignorantly setting yourself up for your own suffering! Just suppose that your only problem is your mis-use of your godly powers! Isn’t that worth knowing? Then why are you still studying survival 24/7, when you could be studying transformation?

What is Your Human Potential?

What is your potential? What limits you? What inhibits you? What blocks you? Nothing but your fears and doubts! Nothing but your ego belief system! Nothing but your mis-imagination!

What are you telling yourself? Monitor your self-talk and you will find out what inhibits you, blocks you, and how you are frustrating yourself.

With God all things are possible. There are no limits in God-consciousness. Do you have God-potential? Why not? Who said so? Is your identity a list of your limitations? Or is your identity a list of your possibilities? Who said so?

Do you have a closed or an open mind? Who controls that openness or closedness?
Pretend that you are a computer, a computer with a vast amount of disk space. Now imagine that you are a computer hooked up to the internet. The internet has no limits! Neither do you. Even beyond the internet, you are connected to the universal data bank, to the God-mind, to the Unlimited!

Is the internet limited? You are the internet! You are a computer. Even as a computer, you have vast possibilities. But as a computer hooked up to the internet, there are no limits for you.

But it is important to see how you judge others. If you only see the limits of others, how will you not imagine that you too are limited? If everyone is a god, then why are we so habit-bound?

Let’s imagine that everyone you know is a 16 horsepower engine, running on only one or two cylinders. Or a 10,000 volt power station using only 500 volts. Or a 2 million life force capacity putting out only 5 positive life force units. Isn’t that sad? Isn’t that pathetic! Listen to all the pathetic excuses you give yourself!

Join me in researching the human potential. Spend your life finding out how you can grow, expand, and rise to your potentials.

Rather than defending why you can’t, find out how you can! Eliminate “can’t” from your vocabulary. Turn excuses into motivation. You are hooked up to God! You are hooked up to Infinity. Have a blast!

Why Are You Anxious?

We get upset, we get in power struggles because we think something is wrong or something is missing, but is it? Or are we just mistaken about our assumptions, expectations and judgments? On the most superficial level, things seem wrong, things are missing, and we experience what we don’t want. On that level, we believe something is being withheld, something is lacking, and that we have what we don’t want. We are upset and anxious and engage in power struggles. We are unaware that our good is present and we are unaware of where it is.

Anxiety is our friend because it tells us that we are mistaken, and that mistake is the greatest good news in the history of the world. What is that mistake? You are mistaken about your beliefs and you don’t know it. You don’t even know what your beliefs are. That is the message of all anxiety, and if you can understand it, you will see that anxiety is the bearer of good news.

The fundamental human mistake is that we think we know, but we don’t know the truth of the situation, only our story about it. Are we ready and willing to learn? If we knew the truth about reality we would be free of our anger, frustration, loneliness, boredom, addictions, fears and deadly habits. Our anxiety is an exact indicator of our unawareness of this mistaken story.

On the level of ordinary human perception, there are problems and conflicts. But on another level, there are not. We live on the psychological level of our story, and not on our spiritual level. The superficial psychological level is where we focus our attention and get stuck. The psychological level of our life has taken over. We feel like trapped innocent victims. Relationship problems all occur on this superficial psychological level. Our spiritual level is quite foggy and fundamentally unknown.

And thus we have misdiagnosed our problems and mis-prescribed our solutions. This mistake is universal. We like to be right, and this keeps us stuck. Anxiety is the chief indicator of this mistake, and of this gap between our psychological and spiritual awareness.

A whole world of depth has been overlooked, forgotten, and untapped. Everything that you think is wrong, missing and lacking is still here.
On Level One, the superficial psychological level, things do seem wrong, things are lacking, and you feel unhappy. On Level Two, the spiritual in-depth awareness, nothing is wrong, nothing is missing and you are potentially happy. Level One seems to be reality and Level Two seems like a fantasy, but suppose it is just the reverse! Suppose that Level One is a story we made up, and that Level Two is reality. Wouldn’t that be a switch!

Level One is the finite superficial world of limited good; Level Two is the infinite depth world of unlimited good. The world of the limited good is taken for granted; the world of the unlimited good remains a mystery.

Our mis-diagnosis is that we have taken Level One as reality and Level Two as a fantasy. Our mis-prescription is that we are trying to fix Level One and it can’t be done. Anxiety-Enlightenment Therapy acknowledges this mis-diagnosis and mis-prescription predicament and acknowledges that anxiety is our friendly indicator of this mistake.

Level One is your ego story; Level Two is the truth. Anxiety is the difference. Until you shift from the unawareness of Level One to the Awareness of level Two, you will be anxiety-driven in your behavior. You will continue to mis-judge yourself and others. You will continue to alienate even your beloved and your family.
Perhaps now you have been blessed with a crisis, a wake-up call. You are asking what is wrong. You are ready for a change. You don’t know what this change is or how to make it. You are tired of all of the manipulating and arguing. Criticisms, blame and threats are not working. You are the perfect candidate for awakening.

My father says that almost the whole world is asleep - everybody you know, everybody you see, everybody you talk to. He says that only a few people are awake, and they live in a state of constant, total amazement.

“Asleep” means that we function almost entirely on Level One, unaware of Level Two. “Constant, total amazement” means that we have shifted to Level Two.
Your crisis is your invitation to shift to Level Two, to get to know yourself. If you are not living in “constant, total amazement” you do not know yourself and you are still stuck on Level One.

Anxious behavior tells you which level you are on. Anxious behavior is story-controlled. Most people are stuck in anxious behavior and don’t know it. You can be stuck in anxious behavior and not feel particularly anxious. Anxious behavior means that we have selected certain strategies for survival and that these habitual patterns are supposed to keep our anxiety experience under control.

Arguing, for example, is an anxious behavior designed to hide the fact that we are very anxious. Arguing accomplishes nothing and it could stop immediately if either party admitted to himself or herself that he or she is anxious. Anxious behavior occurs because the relationship is stuck on Level One, and neither party is using his spiritual awareness. Each arguer thinks the other is at fault. Each arguer feels that the other is blocking his or her experience of the good. Neither is aware of his or her own Infinite Good on Level Two. The arguing crisis is your invitation to wake up to your Infinite Self on Level Two. You are blessed and don’t know it.

Everything happens for one cosmic purpose: Self-realization. Every single event in your life and mine is for our enlightenment and for the unification of the planet. The entire universe is awakening: God, nature, humanity, and all of sentient life. God is awakening in us and as us, in the universe and as the universe, in nature and as nature.

Your every moment is a cosmic moment. Everything that you think, do and say makes a difference.

What is the meaning of your flu? Your flu has a cosmic meaning and purpose. So does your boredom. So do your chores. Flu, boredom and chores are anxiety experiences. Anxiety is a message about your unawareness of the enlightenment process. You think your anxiety is about being broke, about having the flu, about a boring TV show, about the suicide of the town manager yesterday. Not so. Anxiety is about our dualistic thinking. Anxiety is about our illusions. Anxiety is about our fear-driven story. Anxiety is about our thought that we need to be in control. Anxiety is about our belief that life is broke and needs to be fixed. Everything is exactly as it should be for our awakening. Life is a grand process of awakening, but we just don’t see it.

What then could your flu mean? You must be willing to ask yourself that question until you know. Somewhere deep inside you know. Your ego doesn’t know and isn’t interested in knowing. But you can know and you are interested in knowing. So are you going to listen to you ego or to your self? Your ego isn’t interested in enlightenment but you are Enlightenment. Your ego isn’t interested in You and in who you are, only in its own agenda.

The ego has convinced you that you are an ego, and that ego-survival is your purpose. Is that true? Only You can answer that, and you have 5 years to do it. Actually you have only one day: today. Even more precisely, you only have Right Now. Will you take the Grand Leap into Awareness right now? Anxiety is your invitation to take the Leap. Asking why you are anxious is the first technique for taking the Leap. Asking how your flu-anxiety serves your enlightenment process is the second.

Today is New Year’s Day. 2007. Every day is a New Year’s Day once you understand that enlightenment is your purpose in life. The only New Year’s resolution that is big enough to honor you is your commitment to awaken. And the only time that can happen is now. The only 2007 you and I will ever have is right now. Enlightenment is not some future thing. Enlightenment is now.

Transition Time

The time of belief is over. The day of discovery has come. You must discover God and experience God, it is not enough to believe in God.

Between now and 2012, our 5000 year old dualistic mind will give way to a unitary consciousness. Conflict and domination will give way to peace and harmony. The age of puppets will be over. There will be no need for government since everyone will be equal. Government is like the ego of a nation. When our left and right brains integrate individually and universally, there will be no need for control and domination. As we come into the age of light, darkness will disappear. Healing and forgiveness of the past will remove the barriers between God and man. We will be living moment by moment in a new form of time. Everything material will then be recognized as spiritual. For thousands of years, ego has been a necessary survival tool but now in the age of unity and enlightenment, it will be anti-survival. We must now actively prepare for and take part in this great transition. Five years is not long for 5000 years of dualistic thinking and habits to disintegrate and be transformed.
The universal divine plan is actively unfolding. It will now be possible for millions to be enlightened due to the speeding up of the higher energies. By 2012 all of us will be involved in the enlightenment process or we will be ground into pieces by this cosmic shift.

Earth started entering the Golden Age, the age of enlightenment, in June, 2004, during the Venus Transit This process will come to a conclusion at the next Venus transit in 2012. The time in front of us will be filled with unprecedented changes, challenges and turmoil. There is not much mankind can do about it, but those who have worked on setting all their relationships right will have a much easier ride than others.
